Soft parts, for example plastic products is appropriate to use plastic finishing media for polishing or deburring.
Metal parts, such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy and zinc alloy require higher brightness, are suitable for porcelain media.
Alumina ceramic ball and porcelain polishing media are suitable for the fine polishing.
Zirconia balls finishing media features high wear resistance and fracture resistance, is appropriate for the fine grinding of hard metal components.
Stainless steel balls finishing media is suitable for the fine polishing of the nonferrous metals and stainless-steel tumbling media is appropriate for the polishing of blind angles and grooves.

3. Functions of polishing brightenerPolished workpieces require deburring, deflashing and other rough polishing processes prior to using the polishing brightener. During deburring, we usually first use grinding fluid and harder finishing medias to roughly polish the workpiece. Then the polishing brightener will be utilized to finely polish the parts.
The polishing brightener is an important material for the grinding and polishing, which plays a dominated role in the finishing process. It can be mixed with the grinding and polishing abrasives to polish or repair the appearance of the workpiece. The polishing brightener has the following functions:
1). Accelerate the polishing process, improve the glossiness and quality of the workpiece to receive a mirror effect.
2). Put the grinding brightener in the finishing equipment to grind and polish all sides of the components, including irregular shaped side, holes and cavities, etc. They will give you back a brand-new component.
3). Suitable for the polishing of various materials of products. For example, the polishing brightener can lubricate the plastic components to reduce the scratches and surface damage.
4). Good degreasing and oil removal effect for the workpieces with oil stains.
The operator must be familiar with the normal structure and performance of the finishing machine. The finishing machine can't be overburdened. The capacity of components and finishing medias should be less than 90% of the total capacity.
After switching on, it's necessary to check the fixed screws and motor shafts. Perform a free-load running to check if there exist abnormal situations. In that case, the machine should be should be turned off immediately to find out the problems.
During the finishing, proper finishing media should be added in time and moderate volume of water is also necessary. When some abnormal situations or emergencies happen, turn off the machine immediately.
After use, switch off the power and clean the machine. Daily maintenance is also necessary.
Every 6 months, fill lithium-based grease into the bearings of rotation shafts and vibration motors through the oil feeding hole.
